Jesus Cares About Your Mental & Emotional Health

We all believe that Jesus came and paid the price for our sins. But did you know that He paid the price for your mental and emotional health as well? Jesus walked this earth as a human and experienced all the emotions that come with that. He felt anger, sadness, grief, rejection, etc. He cares about our mental and emotional well being. Emotions are like a roller coaster, up and down, twisting and turning, and it's easy to get caught up in them. The enemy knows this and will use this weakness as an advantage to cause turmoil, confusion, and despair. Jesus knows what all of these things feel like and He paid the price for our emotional and mental health as well as our physical health. So, if today you are feeling alone, rejected, and full of despair, Jesus knows what you are going through and He's right there with you waiting for you to turn your burden over to Him. When you think no one cares, Jesus does. Lay your burdens down and rest in Him.
